Join your Villa friends in the first floor Gathering Room, a beautifully decorated and furnished room including a welcoming conversation area, a dining area and an indoor mail center. Right around the corner is a fully applianced common kitchen for the use of tenants and their families as they enjoy their special family occasions. Home to pot luck suppers, bingo, and birthday celebrations, the Gathering Room and its activities are open to all tenants on a comfortable “come when you can” and “come as you are” basis. Upstairs by elevator is the Blue Room, a lovely sitting and recreation room leading to the Villa Salon, the laundry center, the library, and a family guest room. This sun lit room is a favorite place for reading, enjoying television or movies or just watching the world go by from oversized wrap around windows.

Our apartments are full scale one-bedrooms, generously sized and designed to accommodate your favorite furniture and possessions.
Each apartment has a sparkling clean, beautifully equipped kitchen with lovely oak cabinets and space for a breakfast bar or table.
Bathing is made easy with barrier-free, sit down showers in generously sized bathrooms also ideal for walkers and scooters.
There is easy access parking for your car.
We take care of all building maintenance, snow and trash removal for you.
And for your peace of mind, The Villa has a full sprinkler system, monitored smoke detectors, and a security door intercom in addition to its emergency call system.
It would take some doing to find a more thoughtfully designed apartment home environment for retirement living. That’s a pretty bold statement, but we know you will agree!
Nutritious Meals
While many Villa tenants prefer to prepare their own meals, Stillwater Health Care will provide optional home style meals right to your kitchen table. For a reasonable fee, you may choose one or two meals a day, for as many days as you wish each month. Weekly menus offer choices of entrees.
Housekeeping
Weekly half-hour housekeeping services are provided for you, including such chores as dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning the kitchen and bathroom. These arrangements can be tailored to your needs and frequency requirements. Extra time is available for a small fee.
Laundry
Some of the Villa apartments are equipped with washer/dryer hookups for your stackable units. There is also a laundry center for tenant use on the second floor, accessible by elevator. Your will find it easy to transport laundry to the center in light-weight carts provided by the Villa.
